YCCTR-9901 High-voltage current transformer turn,-ratio test set is designed for on-line testing turns ratio of the current transformers of not more than 10kV. It consists of a high-voltage clamp-type CT and a handheld testing unit.

The high-voltage clamp-type CT installed on the end of a high-voltage insulation operating rod, is used to test the high-voltage current of current transformers. The handheld testing unit composed of a meter and a low-voltage clamp-type CT, is used to test the low-voltage current of the current transformers. The high-voltage clamp-type CT sends the collected current signal to the handheld testing unit through wireless transmission mode, then the handheld testing unit, according to the two current signals (the high-voltage and low voltage), calculates the turns ratio and current magnitude of primary and secondary windings.

The high-voltage clamp-type CT and the handheld testing unit are powered by rechargeable batteries, and work continuously for 8 hours on a single charge. The high voltage insulation operating rod is pull-out structure, its maximum length is 5m, ensuring the safety of operating personnel.
